High Desert Opportunity Announces Panelists and Featured Speaker Vince Ferragamo
VICTORVILLE, CA – High Desert Opportunity’s (HDO) Discover the Difference is the premier High Desert event annually showcasing local businesses and development opportunities for new and expanding businesses on Thursday, October 20, 2016, at the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center in Rancho Cucamonga. Although all panels have not been formalized, HDO announces a partial list of panelists who will highlight what the five communities of the High Desert have to offer in housing, real estate, workforce, retail, logistics and more.
Brian Parno, COO of Stirling Development, has more than 35 years of experience in real estate development, design, and construction. Parno’s team at Stirling has provided space for numerous high profile companies such as Newell Rubbermaid, Dr. Pepper Snapple, and Red Bull.
John Ohanian, Director of Development for Terra Verde Group, became involved in real estate development projects in 1976. Ohanian has developed office buildings, residential units, restaurants, golf courses and several master planned communities, including Tapestry, a community of more than 16,000 homes shaping the future of Hesperia.
Additional panelists include Joe Cesta, Managing Director of CBRE; Randal Lewis, President of the Lewis Group; and Mary Jane Olhasso, Assistant Executive Officer of Finance and Administration for the County San Bernardino. More panelists will be announced soon.
Former Los Angeles Rams Quarterback Vince Ferragamo will be the featured speaker. Ferragamo is best remembered as the only quarterback to take the Los Angeles Rams to the Super Bowl. Following football, Ferragamo went into the real estate business opening his own company in Orange County, Touchdown Real Estate, along with being a real estate investor in the Victor Valley.
